How to Prepare for a Busy Day

I’m sure it’s obvious by now, but I love to keep myself busy. If I’m bored I go a little crazy, so I tend to overfill my plate. I thought this might give me a little bit of expertise on how to prepare for a busy day, and I wanted to share my routine with you.

1. Take your vitamins!!!

2. Drink lotsssss of water.

I was one of those people who did not drink nearly enough water. I just felt like I didn’t have the time, always forgot, whatever was the excuse of the day. But now that I am constantly drinking water I feel like I have more energy and just feel BETTER. I have a mason jar mug that I like to use that holds 20 oz so it’s an easy way to measure. I also have an app that makes it more like a challenge for me, which makes it much more likely for me to complete. After doing that for a while, drinking this much water just became a habit!

3. Wear what you feel confident in.

There is no way you will be able to face your busiest day without feeling confident. Don’t try to pull off some new trend that you feel iffy about. Wear the outfit that makes you feel the best about yourself and you will feel that positive energy throughout the day, making all of the business much more easy to handle.

    I’ve been in the habit of taking vitamins all my adult life. I love how gummy versions are being made for adults now too!

    Really great tips on preparing for a busy day! I’m the same as you, I go a little stir-crazy when I have absolutely nothing to do. Thanks for sharing that MyWater app! I try to drink the recommended amount of water each day but honestly I often forget to. Downloading that asap and getting some vitamins too 😉

    Taking vitamins is such an essential part of my day! It is super important to ensure that you are taking care of your body if you are going to be busy. Drinking water is also super important, because it gives your body energy and prevent dehydration. Of course, a cute outfit definitely helps boost your confidence!

    I take daily liquid multivitamin and iron everyday! It really helps me to keep energized for my busy days! I’m still working on drinking more water. And I do eat lots of fruits and veggies. Love them. Thank you for such an amazing post!
