Pink Paradise

I’m really a huge fan of sand beaches, as most of us are probably. Who doesn’t love them, right? But recently, I’ve discovered something completely new.  So, this post will be dedicated to something that really caught my attention on Instagram lately – pink beaches! Yes, you’ve heard right. They’re beaautiful pink, sand beaches. To be completely honest, at first I thought the pics I was seeing on Instagram were edited with some special pinkish filter, but then I got curious and decided to check it out. How amazed was I to find out these are real places! Unfortunately, I didn’t have the luck to visit any pink sand beaches so far, but since I really enjoy traveling, I hope to visit one soon and of course – share my experience with you 😊

Are you ready to be amazed by the amazing, pink sand beaches? Here we go!

Lombok, Indonesia

This is the Tangsi beach in Lombok, Indonesia. It’s other official name is literally “pink beach“ and I think you can guess why when you take a look at this wonderful picture above. It’s the most visited place by tourists in general when it comes to Lombok. Aside from having a pink beach, the sea here is crystal clear and looks like it’s from a fairytale. The only problem, however, is that it’s too far away and too difficult to find. However, I totally think it’s worth the wait!

Elafonisi beach, Crete, Greece

Here’s another beauty, this time a place in Europe in Greece. Most of the Elafonisi beach sand is actually not pink, it’s white, but there are parts of it which are quite pinkish and as such make it really unique. Nevertheless, it looks equally beautiful and the water is very very clear.

Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda

Bermuda beaches are considered to be some of the most beautiful in the entire world, and Horseshoe Bay is definitely among them. The beach is very wide and spacious with a pinkish sand effect due to many different seashells and corals that contribute to the pink color.

Komodo, Indonesia

The pink beach on the Komodo island is definitely the most significant tourist attraction there. The remarkable pink color of its sand is owed to foraminifera, which are microscopic animals that create a red pigment. Once those little red pigmented pieces come in touch with the white sand of the beach, the result is the beautiful picture above.

Have you ever been on one of those pink beaches?

Omg girl so awesome places .Yes I were at Isola dei Budelli /Sardinia but you can’t go of from the boat. It belongs to the Sardinian Nature Reserve Even there is a guardian. Once people went to take the pink sand to take it home, but the sand becomes another color not being in his habitat.XxEvawww.themermaidfashion.com
