Who doesn’t love brunch with your friends? Honestly, it is my FAVORITE thing to do when getting together with all of my girls. We like to switch between trying out new places in the city and having get togethers at our own places. This is how I like to prepare for brunch with the girls at my house!
1. Pick out your food
I like to have a light snack, and I always like to keep it healthy. It just makes you feel lighter and happier, in my opinion! For this particular brunch, I put together a fruit platter for everyone to munch on. For the breakfast itself, I made avocado toast with an overeasy egg on top. This is a quick, easy and healthy option that all of my girlfriends love. SO GOOD. Avocado toast is the trendy breakfast these days and if you aren’t an egg person some other options for toppings are strawberries, tomatoes, hummus, and more! But the most important part of the brunch by far is the wine!
2. Pick out your wine
My girlfriends and I are big fans of rosé, specifically Gallo Rosé brands. My friends and I try to make this a monthly thing because as we get older it can really be hard to find the time to spend with your friends. Brunch is the perfect way to make that happen!
